The Hirer agrees that he will not permit any other person to drive the Hire Car unless previously agreed by the owners, failure to adhere strictly to to this will make the hirer responsible for any damage caused to the Hire Car during the period of the hire.
Drivers between the ages of 21 and 25 and in possession of a driver’s licence for at least 3 years are able to rent a car with an extra charge for insurance purposes
The hirer agrees that he/she will not permit any other person to driver the said vehicle unless previously agreed by Horizon Car Rentals, such agreement being signified thereunder on the agreement by Horizon.
In case of cancellation during the Car hire period by the hirer, a cancellation fee equal to 3 days car hire will be charged.
Petrol is not refundable for any reason.
Driver must be over 25 years of age and have held a driving license for 3 years +.
Insurance becomes null and void when:-
In the case of traffic violation and/or fines, the hirer is fully responsible for paying these.
