The vehicle is the absolute property of the owners and the hirer is bound to return it to the owners in the same good condition as it was when hired.

The Hirer agrees that he will not permit any other person to drive the Hire Car unless previously agreed by the owners, failure to adhere strictly to to this will make the hirer responsible for any damage caused to the Hire Car during the period of the hire.

In case of cancellation during the Car hire period by the hirer, a cancellation fee equal to 3 days car hire will be charged.

Petrol is not refundable for any reason.

Driver must be  over 25 years of age and have held a driving license for 3 years +.

Insurance becomes null and void when:-

• Driving your hire car in the occupied Northern part of Cyprus
• Driving your hire car under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Driving saloon cars on unasphalted roads
• Failure to report an accident or damage to the owner at the time of the incident
• When driving without due care and attention

In the case of traffic violation and/or fines, the hirer is fully responsible for paying these.
